灾害性天气环境下高等级公路车速管理

摘 要

分析了灾害性天气对道路交通安全的影响及驾驶员动态视觉行为与期望车速选择模式。以2003年全国道路交通事故统计数据为样本,提出了灾害性天气环境下驾驶员动态视野实际可靠度的计算方法,建立了灾害性天气环境下高等级公路安全行车速度模型,模型通过引入交通环境复杂度系数,考虑了灾害性天气不良能见度、道路等级及交通量对驾驶员期望安全车速的影响。最后,提出了灾害性天气环境下高等级公路安全运营车速的推荐标准。

Abstract:

The impact of disastrous weather on traffic safety and the relationshipbetween driver's dynamic visual behavior anddriving expectation speed choice were analyzed. The calculation method fordriver's effective dynamic visual field reliabilityunder disastrous weather condition was proposed based on statistical data ofnation-wide road traffic accident in the year 2003. The model of safety drivingspeed on high-grade highway under disastrous weather condition was built up,the index of traffic condition complexity is added to the model which canconsider the impact of bad visibility, highway grade and flow of traffic ondriver's safety expectation speed. At last, the drivingspeed standard was recommended for keeping traffic safety on high-grade highwayunder disastrous weather condition.[著者文摘]
