高速公路交通标志信息管理系统的研究与实现

摘要

随着我国高速公路的快速发展,人们对高速公路的关注,逐渐从简单的通达性转向了高速公路的景观与环境影响、使用中的安全性、服务水平等多个方面。交通标志的设置,规范了驾驶员的驾驶行为,为道路使用者提供公路自身和沿线信息并辅助其进行路径决策。交通标志系统是整个高速公路附属交通设施的重要组成部分,为高速公路安全、高效、舒适、便捷的运行提供了必要的保障。

论文对高速公路交通标志的特点和现有的交通标志管理方法做了深入的研究,提出了建立高速公路交通标志信息管理系统的必要性,同时进行了系统需求分析,并提出了建立系统的技术架构。

论文把建立交通标志信息数据库和高速公路路网拓扑结构作为研究重点和建立高速公路信息管理系统的关键技术。在仔细分析高速公路交通标志的特点后,提出了交通标志信息数据库的五层结构体系,并给出了数据库的逻辑组织方式。论文提出了高速公路路网拓扑结构的建立方法,并讨论了交通标志逻辑定义(设置位置和版面信息)和路网拓扑之间的关系。

在需求分析的基础上,提出了系统所需的具体功能,并给出了桌面系统的开发思路。

最后,对系统应用实例“上海市高速公路交通标志信息管理系统”进行了介绍。

ABSTRACT

As China’s Expressway develops quickly, people pay much attention to landscape and environment impact, safety and service level of the expressway. Traffic signs regulate drivers’ driving behaviors, and advise road users on useful information, and also help them choosing the travel routes. The traffic signs system is an important part of the traffic implement system of the expressway, it helps to make the expressway operate safely, efficiently and comfortably.

This thesis makes research on the features of expressway traffic signs and the existing way of traffic signs administrating, and shows the necessity of establishing the expressway traffic signs information management system, and also makes the demand analyses of the system as well as the technique structure of the system.

Information database of traffic signs and the expressway network topology structure are the emphases of the research as well as the key techniques to establish the expressway traffic signs information management system. This thesis carries out the 5-level structure of the traffic signs information database, and gives the logical organization of the database. The thesis shows the way to establish the expressway network topology structure, and discusses the relationship between the traffic signs logical definition and the topology structure.

The thesis carries out the particular functions of the system, and gives the theoretical way to develop the desktop system, which is based on the demand analyses.

In the end, the thesis introduces the application example “Expressway Traffic Signs Information Management system of Shanghai”.
